Belcourt Multiplex Quarters

This is the design of a single-story multiplex building to serve as staff quarters at the Belcourt Indian Health Service (IHS) hospital campus. The design included 10 to 12 units, with a mix of one bedroom studio apartments and single bedroom units with baths. The project also included a paved & lighted parking lot and landscaping, an indoor common area, and outdoor common area. Incorporated into the design were features based on the local Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa culture. Mill Creek provided initial outfitting, equipment planning, interior design, project management, and production of FF&E sheets.
