Clark Health Clinic Records Room Conversion

This project included repurposing approximately 2,444 SF within the Clark Health Clinic to accommodate Physical Therapy. Mill Creek was responsible for initial outfitting of FF&E and transition planning. We handled all relocation logistics for equipment, furniture, and personnel from the existing clinic to the final renovated space. This included FF&E project schedule management, coordinating and managing transition details and milestons, training staff on equipment use, testing and certification of equipment, and removal of debris.
