Patrol Cutters at Base Los Angeles/Long Beach in San Pedro, California, including a new Maintenance and Weapons Department (MWD) facility, FRC parts storage, renovations to Buildings 16 and 21, waterfront improvements, and associated site and utility work. Mill Creek performed the FF&E scope across these facilities, providing planning, coordination, submittals, procurement support, delivery, installation, testing, punch list correction, and closeout. In addition to typical office furnishings, the scope included specialty maintenance and shop-support equipment for operational spaces which required integration of industrial-type equipment within a federal maritime facility.
