The project objective is to repair buildings within the Military Corrections Complex (MCC) to maintain functionality, further sustaining the mission of the MCC. Repairs to the MCC site and facilities shall be consistent with the renovation practices used for civilian sector projects that perform similar functions to the military user. This includes, but is not limited to, the repair of building systems such as paving, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, network and security communications. Mill Creek is responsible for IO Project Management, transition planning, and the kitchen equipment move.
