FY23 WOMEN’S HEALTH CLINIC INTERIOR RENEWAL

This is a multi-phase renovation project to repair and renew the Women's Health Clinic at Naval Medical Center. Mill Creek is responsible for initial outfitting and transition planning, which includes inventory, interior design, artwork planning, equipment planning, quality control, FF&E procurement and installation, project management, transition planning, BMET services, equipment training and support, and temporary wayfinding.
Challenges:
The facility requested that Mill Creek perform the inventory outside of clinic hours, so Mill Creek's team worked from 5 pm to midnight every day of the week-long inventory.
