This project includes 31,101 square feet of addition and 28,875 square feet of remodel, to the existing Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis, Wyoming. This project also includes 1,492 square feet of mechanical mezzanine on the roof. The work is taking place in a series of phases, allowing all hospital functions to remain operational throughout the project. Site development includes utilities, earthwork, vehicular, and pedestrian ways.

Mill Creek has provided equipment planning, procurement assistance (all procurement activities except for purchase order placement), receiving, and installation coordination for this project. This included coordinating on-site user meetings, equipment drawings, equipment list management of everything in our Xplanner software, and assistance during construction to provide complete procurement-ready equipment packages to the purchasing team at Hot Springs. We are also providing vendor coordination for installations of all equipment with the general contractor and project leadership team. During the equipment planning phases, we also performed an equipment inventory and managed that existing inventory. The final FF&E procurement list consisted of over 1700 items totaling an original $3MM. We provide online tracking of the procurement, as well as weekly procurement meetings with updated budget reports.
