Lakehurst Naval Health Clinic Initial Outfitting

This was a project to realign, transition and outfit Naval Branch Health Clinic Lakehurst (NBHC) and affiliated facilities. The clinic's services were transferred from the existing 17,588 square foot clinic to a new building, housing six staff members in the Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Clinics.
Mill Creek provided initial outfitting and transition planning services including relocation services, warehousing, inventory, procurement, installation, project management, and space planning. We completed a thorough inventory of the existing facilities and check the inventory against the new procurement list. We ensured that all new and reuse commodities planned for the project meet the operability, durability, and safety requirements for Customer and DoD facilities, partnering with Navy Project Officers and Users in the FF&E review for their respective departments. We scheduled moves to allow the departments to remain functional during their normal hourly operations.
