As the initial outfitter and transition planner on this 32,000 SF project, Mill Creek ensured that transition from the old to the new clinic ran smoothly. Departments included Primary Care, Women's Health, Immunizations, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Information Management, and Clinical Management. Mill Creek's responsibilities included inventory for all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E); procurement and installation; medical equipment planning; project management; low voltage systems; quality control; transition planning; interior design and artwork consulting; space planning; and public relations.
