Mill Creek will complete this project in four phases that include transition planning, inventory, database, equipment planning, procurement, receiving and warehousing of biomedical equipment, outfitting, and move management. In an effort to get one set of consolidated data with all FF&E necessary for the space for Village Pointe MOB's, our team will acquire and import any equipment lists from the A/E firms, furniture vendor, IT, etc.; provide room lists for outfitting and sign off of product in the space; and provide online read-only access to database as required.
