Repair & Renovate Central Instrument Processing Center (CIPC) Family Health Clinic

This project included renovation of the Central Instrument Processing Center (CIPC) upgrades to the Dental Clinic HVAC system, and initial outfitting and transition support for the CIPC. The CIPC provides sterilization for 10 Dental Treatment Rooms. The goal of renovations was to return the functional capability of the sterilization process to an acceptable condition in accordance with all current codes, regulations, and standards. Mill Creek was responsible for planning all FF&E, FF&E project schedule management, equipment drawings, quality control, transition planning, project management, de-installation of existing equipment, outfitting of new medical equipment, testing and certification of equipment, training and support, and warehousing.
