This project included the 15,900-sf new dental clinic construction project, which included 22 DTRs, prosthodontic and ceramics labs, a radiology suite, and full 3-suite Dental Instrument Processing Center. The project provided a complete renewal of the existing clinic and a transition space (approximate 7,000 net square feet) to support the construction/MRR Action. The transition space provided 21 dental treatment rooms and ancillary spaces to support the operation of such. The work improved the environment of care, provide compliance with regulations/standards, and meet the safety requirements of current dental service standards.

Mill Creek provided full equipment planning and transition into a temporary facility with existing functionality, while construction was ongoing. The client was then transitioned back into the final renovated space upon construction completion.
