Mill Creek coordinated the move of 227 personnel from three separate locations to the new state-of-the-art headquarters space developed to increase employee satisfaction and improved health goals. Our team developed detailed relocation plan and schedule for this three-phased remodel while using a comprehensive personnel and equipment tracking system. We coordinated equipment locations and electrical requirement verifications, coordinated electrostatic paint to match, performed comprehensive artwork inventory, and coordinated and managed multiple vendors. Each move phase was completed flawlessly, on time and with no unplanned downtime.
