Mill creek provided transition planning support services for consolidating UCHealth's EMS Operations from multiple different locations into a single building in Windsor, CO. Included in Mill Creek's scope of work was coordinating with the EMS team to track and schedule all activities related to the transition of equipment, ambulances, supplies, staff, and technology. Regular team meetings with the general contractor, team leadership, and individual user groups, as well as ongoing updates to move documents and critical tasks were important to the success of this transition. This project provided some unique challenges, as a primary goal was to ensure continued operations of the 24/7 services provided by this group of professionals.
