Though Mill Creek is not providing full IO&T services on this project, we did want to show our experience working with different general contractors, as well as working in a facility with a very similar function to AFRRI. Mill Creek is providing inventory, transition planning, warehousing, and move management for the renovation and addition to the Raymond Randall Building, a vivarium and research lab at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). Like AFRRI, this project requires the relocation of specialized equipment and personnel, and the understanding of the unique requirements of a research facility. WRAIR scientists are working on projects with contained viruses; our staff has attended the required safety training and is aware of all special requirements while working in a research facility during inventory, relocation, and transition activities.
